About the Company & PROJECT

Book Travel & Go is a travel booking company that connects travelers with certified agents to assist them in their vacation planning needs.

This company is a new one in the travel industry and is in need of some help attracting and retaining customers.

The CEO of Book Travel & Go reached out to me in search of a UX Designer who could assist with redesigning the website and also help them to understand the needs and frustrations of travelers who might utilize their services.
